Spare Parts Sales Representative

Mission statement

We are looking for a results-driven Europe Spare Parts Sales Team member to lead and grow commercial vehicle spare parts sales across European markets.

This role will focus on developing sales strategies, strengthening distributor performance, expanding aftermarket revenues and ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the region.

Job description

  • In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Developing and implementing spare parts sales strategies across European markets in line with company targets.
  • Managing and supporting distributor and dealer networks to maximize sales performance and market coverage.
  • Identifying new business opportunities, market trends and growth areas within the European aftermarket.
  • Conducting pricing, competitor and demand analyses to support sustainable revenue growth.
  • Coordinating with internal departments such as logistics, supply chain, planning and customer support to ensure timely and accurate parts delivery.
  • Monitoring sales performance, preparing regular reports and proposing corrective actions where needed.
  • Managing key customer relationships and leading commercial negotiations.
  • Preparing sales forecasts, budgets and performance dashboards for management review.

Profile required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive or commercial vehicle spare parts sales, preferably within European markets.
  • Strong understanding of aftermarket operations, distributor management, pricing and parts lifecycle management.
  • Proven analytical, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian) are a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Europe
